Please remember, we get paid only if your home is rented:  If you sign an exclusive agreement with us and we do not find a tenant for your home during the listing period we pay for all the advertising we have done and if you desire we will release your listing immediately.

Placement Fee: 100% of one months rent, for the service of locating tenant(s). When an offer is  accepted by the owner after reviewing the results of a credit investigation.  This fee is payable from the proceeds for the transaction.

Owner also wants home listed in the MLS and will pay an additional 10% as commission for cooperating brokerage.
